We have met Dr Mupanemunda a few times now. On all occasions he has been very professionaly, listens to what I say. My little one started crying and wanted to go home. Dr kept talking, reassuring him that hel be able to go home soon. We were very comfortable with the dr. No complaints

Doctor was very friendly and patient. I was nervous as he was looking after my 6 week old baby completing an echogram. He was very careful and reassuring. Explained everything in great detail.

Richard cared for my son last year at Heartlands Neo Natal Unit, however I've only just found this website to write a review. Richard is the most caring, kind and compassionate Doctor I've ever come across. He's so calm, explains everything in detail and really took time with us to explain our son's care and make sure we were in the know. He really relieved some of the stress and worry in what was such a difficult time for us as parents. Richard is wonderful, I can't praise him enough! I thank him from the bottom of my heart for looking after my son, who is now thriving.
